1. Sponsored prizes must be non-cash, such as products, gift vouchers, discount coupons, or similar items. All sponsored prizes must comply with applicable laws and regulations and must not be unlawful in any way.
2. The sponsor must certify that they are the lawful owner of the prize or otherwise possess the legal rights necessary to offer, use, and distribute the prize. The organizer reserves the right to verify the accuracy, legitimacy, and suitability of all sponsored prizes. Should any prize or related information be found to be false, inappropriate, or in potential violation of third-party rights, the organizer reserves the right to cancel, remove, or suspend all associated promotions or displays without prior notice.
3. Sponsors are required to deliver the committed prizes to the organizer within the designated timeframe as communicated.
4. The organizer shall have the right to use the sponsor’s name, logo, and associated images strictly for promotional purposes in connection with this activity.
